KVKK Disclosure Notice

Pursuant to Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), AN Mimarlık (“Company”), acting as data controller, hereby informs visitors of the yangingeciktirici.com website (“Site”) and persons within the scope of service/business relations through this Disclosure Notice.

2. Processed Personal Data
Through the Site and within business relations, the following may be processed: identity (name-surname), contact (email, phone), transaction security (IP address, cookie identifiers), customer/supplier transaction records and other data shared via request forms.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to contact requests and project/quotation applications,
- Carrying out contractual processes (customer, supplier and business-partner relations),
- Ensuring Site security and functionality, analysing usage statistics,
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds
Personal data is processed on the legal grounds of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, the legitimate interest of the Company provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, and, where required, explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/2).
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Collected data may be transferred to authorised public institutions where legally required, to service providers (hosting, analytics, email infrastructure, etc.) and to business partners, in accordance with the conditions set out in KVKK Articles 8–9.
6. Collection Method
Personal data is collected automatically or semi-automatically through electronic channels such as contact/quotation forms on the Site, email, telephone and cookies.
7. Rights of Data Subjects (KVKK Art. 11)
Everyone whose personal data is processed has the following rights:
- To learn whether their data is being processed and, if so, to request information about it,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used for that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request rectification if data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- To request erasure/destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
- To request that rectification/erasure be notified to transferred third parties,
- To object to outcomes against them resulting from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. Application Method
Requests may be submitted to the Company in writing using the contact details above or via registered electronic mail (KEP). Applications are assessed and concluded within the periods set out in the KVKK.
